• The RSVP deadline is March 15th. This allows us to have the final headcount for catering and rentals.

• We absolutely love all of your children, however, due to limited space at our venue, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding day an adults-only celebration (+21). The only little guests attending will be the bride’s niece and nephew, who are part of the wedding party.

• Since the wedding is taking place out of town, we understand that arranging childcare can be tricky. If you plan to bring your kids on the trip, please feel free to reach out to Madison’s mom, Jennifer. We have local babysitters available for the evening of the wedding so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. More details provided upon inquiry, Jennifer’s phone number is 503-437-2203

• We’re so excited to celebrate this day with the people who mean the most to us. While we wish we could include everyone, we’re keeping our guest list limited to the size of our venue. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed. If not, we politely request that you come solo and know that we are truly grateful to have you there with us

• The dress code will be formal. We kindly ask guests to avoid casual items such as jeans, hats, and shorts.

• Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, with the reception being held indoors.

• We ask that you arrive from 3:15-3:45 as the ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00. If you arrive after 4, we ask that you wait in the back until the ceremony is over.

• Your comfort and safety are very important to us. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please make sure to note them on your RSVP. We will ensure your meal is prepared with your needs in mind so you can relax and enjoy the evening

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you will be driving. If you are staying at a home at Black Butte, the venue can be within walking distance. There is also Uber and Lyft available from Sisters.
